Returns & Refunds
Should you find your product is damaged upon delivery please photograph any evidence of this and email it to us. We will arrange for the product to be collected and you will be given a replacement product or the option of a full refund.
Should you find that your product does not fit, isn’t what you expected or is broken in any way, please take a photograph or video and email it to us. Upon review we will arrange for collection of the item and issue a refund where appropriate.
Please note that all original packaging must be returned with a product for a refund / replacement to be issued.
Please note that refunds can take up to 14 days depending on your bank.
